:: Picture I took of the "Raghadan Project."

The Project aims to organize and facilitate the movement of buses that service the center of Amman, as RCBS primarily connects the Capital’s center with east and north Amman, and some other cities and neighboring regions.

Update:
in terms of architecture and the general feel, i think its great, but while there taking photos i was approached by two different people thinking i was in the press and wanted to tell me their stories, one of them spoke about owning two shops on a good location in that street before the project began, now the municipality gave him a store on the third floor and thought that no one will visit him, as for the other man, he was a bus driver and complained that the whole project is failure, he says the terminals are too small and to run the whole place will be difficult, because in other circumstances a bus driver doesn't leave the station unless his bus is full or riders, but in this project he say people running it will organizes it so that each bus spends a certain amount of time and has to get moving, "ano ily bido iytali3na ou i7na mosh im7amleen" he said.

:: Painting green moons

I walk out of caves wearing patches of skin.  I have placed a crown on my head and two flamingos on each shoulder, I challenge you to a free thought. I'm liberalized without submission. I have connected with the soil of which I am from. I've freed my self from the thought of being judged, fro the thought of committing to martial status and freed my self from the need for shelter. Down with the structuring of my need, Nature has nurtured me to the point I now bleed green and can be seen.

:: Picture I took for a poem I wrote

Photograph taken in Qatar

I'm trapped in a self activating engine that evolves and seeks decay
I'm chained in an office looking for chickpeas,
I want to wear the skin of animals, grow my beard and carry a cane
Allow my climbing of mountains be bare foot,
I have reached skies, spoken to clouds and claimed to calm thunder storms
I've seen nature and asked about the origin of rotten orange mangos and the reasons men go obese,
I am a curious fellow in search of white cats
I flow among birds and want to live in trees,
I've danced with fish and blew into air balloons,
I've thought about you chocking and swallowing rare eggplants,
I enjoy colors to the point it's become extreme,
I'm obsessed with saturation and saturated streets,
I've been told the likes of heaven and the reason men die
I'm a wandering spirit of an irrational mind,
My existence dreams of insanity to tolerate
I want to watch the crashing of cursing ships on slow speeds
I am a mathematic gift to the genius
I'm able to enjoy acid, the smell of glue and the chewing of clay
To blow gently on vibrant flesh
To expose bathing humans to suns "strike thy pure purple ray"
Your heart will attack, and you ask for sympathetic fate?
I want to shiver and bite frosts on oval shaped cones
I'm not diseased I'm open to the rational and free
Submit to the subliminal I asked she
This is authenticity for the authentic
Let it be
It's raining storms in my mind,
In rain forest,
In a place among green leaves
In the mind of a yellow parrot
In a place I would rather be

:: Blind portrait of a Lover

This is a painting of mine,
Its a blind mans image of his lover, one that he has never seen
That goes to explain the colors and shape
This would be a good time to admit I'm Scotomaphobic

:: Picture I took of a Haircut

This I took in a barber shop somewhere in Downtown Qatar, Indians, I've realized are much easier to photograph than Arabs, you can snap as many photos as you want without complain and will get more excitement and willing to cooperate..

:: Back

And so I'm back, its been more than a week, couple of training days, 3 different flights, 2 bed and breakfasts, a couple of hundred shots (photo's), 2 new scars and first time trying 4 new Asian fruits that I've failed to recall the names of. its been a while since I have last posted, and seems much longer since I've last sat down and wrote, Dubai and Qatar were great, for years I've lived abroad yet Dubai didn’t fail to amaze me, maybe I've been in Amman for too long, everything seems to shine brightly there, I felt like that scene from David Lynch's Mulholland Dr. where the blond gets to Hollywood and rides the taxi, I still feel neck-pain from looking at tops of buildings, I didn’t take as many photos as I would have liked to.

It is a lacking culture city, but their streets, their humid April air, their infrastructure, their millions, their billions, their India, their Logos and their whole corporate world makes it alright for me. Not to say how it felt to look at my right and seeing the logo of Reuters on a huge building. As productive as I've used to feel, I don’t at the moment, seems so much more is going on outside this petite Amman; it was a soft yet irritating slap in the face, but it happens every time I travel. here I am now, on the 4th floor of the 7 story building I live in, on the edge of my bed writing, trying to figure out weather someone just got shot outside or someone scored a goal, its summer time now, kids out playing in the garages of our neighboring buildings, seems the happier they are the louder they scream, the calls for isha prayers are almost at nine and I've just began sleeping with the window wide open, not to mention it was bright when I left the office today.

I spent 2 nights at the Le Meridian, one night in Sheraton and three nights in Qatar at a friend's house, which felt like a dorm-roommate experience. Meridian was amazing, they had 3 kiwis in a plate next to the bed, as well as one patchi chocolate piece though it was a room with queen sized bed, God bless a king with a queen that is satisfied with one piece of chocolate. There should have been two! But room service managed to cheer me up the next day, every time I find the room tided up and shampoos replaced I smile, they’ve managed to find the remote I lost again.

While I am back at work today, 79 new emails on my outlook; people have no problem with adding another person on their CC list it seems. I've spent the better half of today smoking but I managed to get away without a headache. At work I took out my lighter and lit the end of a pin waiting for it turn red but it turned black instead and got too hot to hold, I placed an evil smile and pushed it into a blister located on my left hand, which splashed liquid into my right eye and made it turn red, it itched for a good 30 minutes, I got the blisters from gardening and planting over bright pink flowers in the driest soil of my grandmother's backyard, after that I headed out with a cousin of mine to Popeye's, the new 6th circle branch. I lectured the manager there for his lack of professionalism, the unnecessary loud music playing and the 20 piaster they charged for a small mayonnaise-garlic sauce, I also wanted to lecture a 30 year old man the kept on blowing smoke ignorantly at his daughters baby blue carriage while he shared a smile with his wife.

I'm considering watching a movie now, I got Hostel, a Quentin Tarantino movie, but the man at the video store warned me "bas mush ma3 il a7el, kolo sex ou feeyo manather mou2zeyeh." I might just finish off the book that the RJ flights' constant crying baby didn’t allow me to. I've decided to stop buying business books and download audio version of them, I have the space for on my desk and some how that reassuring voice of the business book reader inspires me and makes me think making millions is easier than I already believe. My external 200G hard drive almost died out on me today, so I went to Acme-wear and replaced a board with a cable, I tried getting him to explain to me what the difference was, he said "khalas khod mini" and so I did.
