and now for something different, I paint and thought its time to share bits of my paintings.
this was inspired by the movie "A Clockwork Orange" and a calculus proffessor.
I name all my paintings, this I called "a pink mathematician".
ps. thank you for the comments, compliments and support.

Shine.
u know whats funny. i have a similar painting that ive done recently, similar style, and called "the pink lady"..il have to show it 2 u..
Sabri its a nice painting i really like it :) I used to paint stupid stuff but stopped long time ago and i had to paint when i was still first year student at uni ( had to as i am interior designer) :P but i used 2 draw what i see never tried to draw whats inside my imagination except when it comes for design i really express myself and every line means something to me. I truely believe after each painting you draw you have this magical bond that attracts you to that painting and it feels different each time you finish a new one :) just felt like saying all that sorry if it was long:)
good work keep it up :)
Tololy, share some with us, "your readership".
omarymous, a Lebanese photographer said "photography is painting with pixels" i guess if you have an eye for beauty many forms of are become similar.
Noura, your remarks mean much to me.
May, welcome aboard, I would love it if you shared a link for us to view the painting.
Mira, give it another shot. from the art you shared on your blog i can imagine great things coming out of your head.
Sabri, your use of color and lines in this painting is really remarkable. I always feel so honored to be able to view other people's artistic creations, since it gives me such an intimate look into a part of them I wouldn't otherwise see. I love that the mathematician's eye is closed, for this whole picture could be something in his/her head, or he could just be a part of the picture.
Keep the paintings coming!
Omarymous, sure man, copy paste it and its yours.
Nas, Thank you.
Liked the colors and how they mold.
Really nice, looking forward to seeing more!
well I am told never ask God why, but man your talent sure will egg me on ask WHY sabri gets all the talent :-)
promises, i will be posting more and more of them. thank you.
niwsha & ghalia I really do think you guys are over rating me. i am flattered and proud to be appreciated by you.
Great painting!..i hope it wasn't inspired by a brainwashing attempt by the proffesor...j/k
Amazing movie!!!!
I like the bold colors and shapes. I am struck by the somewhat sad expression on the face of the person. I don't know if you intended it to be sad, but that is how it strikes me.
I once did a self-portrait using only primary colors and basic shapes. I don't consider myself to be much of an artist but it's actually one of my favorite things that I've ever done.
